V8 Supercar Tipping

I know we are already up to round three but if enough people are interested, would we be able to do V8 Supercar tipping. I will be willing to help in EVERY way possible, as I know it would be a lot of work.

ok, how would we do it though?

have a stab at say who gets poll after top 10 (where aplicable) who takes the race and who get's the round? and top marks for who wins the championship? bit like that i take it

let me know, ill see what we can come up with, could be fun

That could get hard to manage depending on how many people join. But i'm still for it!

Tips will have to be submitted 2 days before the V8s get on the track (ie practise). There will need to be a new thread made for the tipping (proberbly in the motorsport section), were people will create a post with there tips. The criteria I thought of is shown below with the points.

Qualifying:

Pick there drivers in order of the position you believe they will qualify.

Points:
10 points for first if in order
8 points for second if in order
5 points for third if in order
3 points if one of the top three drivers is chosen but not in the correct position
1 point if the driver finishes in the top ten
-5 points if the driver qualifies last

Races:
Pick the drivers in order of the position that you believe they will finish for each race

Points:
10 points for first if in order
8 points for second if in order
5 points for third if in order
3 points if one of the top three drivers is chosen but not in the correct position
1 point if the driver finishes in the top fifteen
-5 points if the driver finishes last

If the top three are chosen in order, a bonus of 60 points for qualifying or racing

Extras:
Choose who will get the round win (40 points)
Choose who you believe will have the fastest lap time (10 points)
Choose the last driver to finish (10 Points)
Choose how many people will complete the race (10 Points)
Choose who win the season, has to be choosen at first tipping opertunity (100 points)

It wouldn't be that hard to do even with large numbers, i think it will be great if we can get the numbers. As i said in my earlier post i will be willing to help in every way possible, even if i end up doing all of the work
