uploading my avatar

hi, I have a picture of my ute which I would like to have as my avatar but when I tried to upload it I got a message saying the file is too big.
How do I save the picture as a smaller file so I can upload it?

If you want you can send the file to admin@justcommodores.com.au and we'll take care of it for you.

On the other hand you could use something like Photoshop or ACDSee to resize the image if it's too big or compress it so it will allow the upload.
