Profile Picture Not Working

I have uploaded a pic in my user CP for my profile its 100x75pixels and 5kb.

the pic shows up in the profile pic section where you upload it but it won't work in my posts...

how come?

Upload it as the Avatar, because the Avatar is the one that is shown on your posts not the profile picture
