Stuffed Buttons

Anyone else getting this problem---
if i edit a post, instead of getting the 'save' button, i'm getting 'vote now' instead.
Might be buttons that are only for mods, but are any buttons screwing up for anyone else?
doesn't do it everytime, but most.

not showing for me. this in the quick edit or the advanced edit?

quick edit - i've had bugs with this before but it was fixed a few upgrades ago i think.
