how does this work??? I got some reputation points but im not sure how to give them to others?
I only see the scales link on my own posts

After 3 months:
See the "scales" icon at the top left of each post window? Between the post number and the triangle sign? Click on that.
It will open a rep bar where you can either give positive or negative rep and you can also leave a comment.
