Adobe Reader opening with each page

Hi, Why is my laptop opening Adobe Reader and searching the web every time I attempt to open a new page on this site? The warning eventually comes up with "Could not find Acrobat external Windows Handler".

It is happening on my laptop but not my desktop and it slows things down heaps. It does not happen with any other website.

Is there an option I am not aware of?

Any help would be appreciated.

hmmm..thats seems strange..... maybe you have to get an update on acrobat.......anyone else having similar probs????

I really don't know what to say on this front, I have never experienced such a problem although a quick search in Google bought up the 'exact' error which makes me think it's more so related to the particular system / software rather than the site.

All fixed, thanks!. Apparently I needed to upgrade from Adobe version 6, to 6.0.1. Now it is not trying to open any more. Strange but true.....
