search error

im having issues with doing searches anywhere on the site, if i attempt to do a search it just comes back with an error saying that nothing can be found. i try different keywords and get the same error. i know that there is definately threads and posts on the things i am searching for but it says no results. i have had this problem for about a month now.

any clues to what the issue is?

What are you attempting to search for? That will the best way of determining where the problem sits.

i have done various search attempts on "bcm" "berlina" and a heap of other things, and all come back with the error, now if i actually look for these myself without using the search function i can find these but the problem with that is its going to take me weeks to find what i want. just seems to be a new problem for me

try adding a * on the end of bcm, the search function seems not to like anything with 3 or less letters in it without the *.
