Help with profile picture

Hi how do I get my profile picture on when I become a friend with some one? at the moment it is just a question mark. thanks for any help.

Just realised what you meant..Not sure why your picture shows p as a ? it should be your car (Which is your current profile picture)

when did yo make it your picture? servers may not have fully changed everything...Maybe try changing your picture...and see what it does
