mate its quite simple...

open ur "user cp".
click on "edit profile picture"
then click "browse" to upload from your pc.

I have done exactly what is mentioned in those simple instructions and it keeps telling me that 'file has failed'. it doesnt say why?

On the main forum page scroll down until you get to the section you want, click on it, when that page loads on the left hand side near the top you'll see a button marked 'New Thread' (click that).

Once you open that link up you'll be asked for a 'title' this is the topic you want to call it, anything you want can go here and is probably best to have it as descriptive as possible rather than Help or Urgent problem.

In the bit marked 'message:' type away describing what you wanted to ask etc and when you’re done simply hit the button 'Submit New Thread'

Guys sorry i havnt sent any replies in a few days, i was away, but as you can see i shrunk my photo enough to be accepted. the file was too big for the specs given to be accepted.
