Im sorry but this is a v6 and v8 forum yes? why should other people have the right to bag down a guy who doesnt have much knowledge on his car... to me moderation needs to be improved.. just my input

we dont read every single thread. if you dont like a post, theres that little triangle in the top right of every members posts, click that, report the post, type your reason and it will get sent to the email of every moderator and admin.
what would happen if we deleted those posts though? we'd most likely get called nazi moderators that deny free speech.
Yes i do see your point in a way, but im guessing that guy hasnt came back to the forum due to what some members have posted/said.
Anyway it was just my input on a situation.

If you are going to make an official complaint, at least make it so everyone can understand what you are on about.
Besides what gives you the right to bag the mods here? They do a great job considering the ratio of mods to active posting members.

Probably where you state that moderation needs to be improved. That can be interpreted that you think they are not doing their job to your satisfaction.... you are bagging them out for being slack in their duties.
Now can you point us to your forum so we can see how well you moderate?

give the quote button a go so we know who you are responding to. Saying we need to lift our game is bagging us out to a degree. We do an absolute shitload for the members here, we do it for free in our own time. I was as diplomtic as a could be in my last post but if you want to moan and argue i'll **** off the niceness really quickly.
Feedback is certainly appreciated, but for reporting a post use the report post button as so far that is all you have given us feedback on.
I can also tell you that the member you fear has left has still been visiting the site. It is all ok!!!
Im sure if you read the thread you can see the problem. Im not worryd at all about the guy who stopt responding, its an example of why some new members wouldnt come back.

Your still not getting my point, im not saying **THAT** thread has stopt people coming back to the site, its if every v6 owner without knowledge posted something like that, and members with knowledge posted useless shit and pointing them in the wrong direction of course its going to have an effect on people coming back.
Your a mod, im sure you can see were im coming from in some extent.

If you have an issue with a post by anyone you can report the post so we are aware of it. The report is sent to EVERY mod. I myself do not read V6 threads, simply because I will never own one.
On top of each post to the right of screen is a few icons, there is a number, some scales and a little triangle, click the triangle, tell us the issue and we will look at it.
No point going on in this thread, we have told you what to do if your unhappy.
