hey im just after a place or somewhere i can get cheap paint?? for my car!!
LOL, custom and cheap don't go in the same sentence.
Well depends what you mean by custom, most places will make the paint in-store so you can choose basically any colour you want, but stuff like metallic flakes will cost extra.
But cheap paint won't last long, or look as good.

Yeah if its cheap it wont be good and if its good it wont be cheap haha
sigh! What are you planning on painting? If you plan to paint the exterior of your car you need to take a few things under consideration.
1. Generally you get what you pay for
2. Additives in paint are expensive, especially those that block/absorb UV
3. Most mid range paint brands are available over the shelf at almost any auto paint store and are reasonably priced, these will do the job just fine.
4. Why do you want the paint to be "custom" who will apply this "custom" paint? some effects that get added to paint can be damned tricky to spray if you havn't done it before.
A little more information would be good too, lets start with this.
What are you painting exactly? for all we know you want some custom ice pearl white so you can do stripes on the car.
What is your budget?
What colour?
What do you want to be "Custom" about the paint?
get something cheep and get the girl from bunnings to customize it for you while you select your rollers
ha
seriously get at least 3 estimates,in sa you can get a budget metallic/pearl outside only respray for $1500,pretty much paintwork only
crash shops will start at $3000ish and skys the limit
strip the car yourself and assemble to save money if youre keen
custom is pretty hard these days, most manufactures have nice metallics with a heap of varients
cheers
1500... yikes.... youd be rollin the dice at that price... by time you add up materiels and oven hire you wouldnt get much change back from a grand, which means the quality of paints will suffer for them to make a profit... can you say motor spray... or high chem...
dont sweat the petty... pet the sweaty...
