Need ideas of what colour to go with!! Help

So my vs wagon is being stripped, panel beated and prepped now i need to decide on the colour. Im going with purple but the only purples i reali kno of are cozmo and morpheous and every tom, dick and harry are painting there car morpheous so forget that lol. Can anyone tell me some nice purples that came factory on cars (dont need to be commodores) and write them down please will help a lot,

its common name is 'midnite purple' but i wouldnt have a foggiest what its code is. PPG have a listing for it though. we have had a few painted in the past.

if its getting painted at a shop, if its a good one they should have color chips. see if you can go through the purple ones and decide on one you want to use.

Yea mate something like that, i seen a candy violet purple which looked pretty nice so i guess it would kinda be similar to that. Do you know the code for it mate?

Which one? I don't know the codes off the top of my head, but I can find out easy enough.

What about K-Pow? No idea of the paint code, and I don't have a pic cause I'm at uni at the moment. But it's the VE purple. It's not a factory colour any more, I think they discontinued it in 2008/9 or something (much to my dismay ). But yeah, great colour!

I had a look at the BA falcon purple but it was too dark for my liking, same as cozmo purple on the vy. Isnt that k pow colour just called morphious? Never heard of kpow but please but up pics of it when you can

Looks just like morpheous, i cant really tell the difference but i will surely look into this 'kpow' colour mate. Is violet crumble purple a custom
Colour or factory colour? Because i went to autobarn to see if they could find me the code but the colour did not come up

Ok i checked out 'kpow' its like a mix of morpheous and impulse blue and isnt as pinkish as morpheous in the sun, in different lights it can either be an extreme blue or extreme purple. I think it is alot nicer than morpheous. Apparently kpow was named as it is the colour of the joker in batman. I think i may just go with this colour with purple flakes in the clear. I will check out the purple colour range at colortec also but i like this colour
