    If you guys are still going with this, Opti-Coat 2.0 should bond quite well. It's designed primarily for paint but can be applied to almost any surface.

    Both DNA paints and Por15 have clear to go over polished alloy and chrome.

    yes mate. It can be applied to any non-porous surface.
