after some advice thanks

the front and rear bumper bars on my car have a few scuff marks and was thinking of what products or procedures is required to sort this out thanks and also if i got some paint missing as well is it as easy as sanding it then using some touch up and clear coat spray, cheers guys for any help

go to a panel beater and get it all fixed at once, mayaswell do it properly.
