How do you fix alloy wheels outer edge chips? Is there anyone in west of Melbourne that can do the job?

Hey there mate I got a small business that I'm starting out,
"CHASE my WHEELS" and I'm in taylors lakes.
Its a flat rate of $600-
that's all 4 wheels repaired
(gutter rash, scratches and chips), primed, all prep work and
spray painted.
