    Default Big Problem

    hey guys,
as you can see in the picture i have a major problem. long story short i left a magnetic p-plate on there too long and it baked itself to my bonnet. very stupid i know. the high spots are from me gluing other p plates to the patch, A) to hide the big ugly patch and B) because it wont stick to it.

    so far i have tried
    -razor blades
    -metho
    -fishing line
-hair dryer and each of the above

the only way i can see it going is to sand it back and get the bonnet repainted.

    any suggestions?

have you tried metholated spirits and then put gladwrap over it to stop it from evaporating before it softens the rubber

WD40... that shit is mans best friend...

Spray it on... let is soak in for a while and then use some floss to peal it off.

    Good luck!

also try a citrus spray they work really well with stuck on residues but that might be a little baked on worth a shot though
