Default Rear bumper fixed- crooked exhaust

After getting rear ended in my VX S, got my car back today and the exhaust is sitting crooked.

I just drove home for 30 mins to find it is melting the brand new rear bumper and paint!! The exhaust was damaged from the original crash which is fully covered under the other cars insurance. The panel beaters have a lifetime warranty on repairs.

So frustrating as I chose this place because in the past they have done a great job on my parents commodores without taking shortcuts. As if they didnt notice this when they tried to put the new rear bumper back on....

Smash repairs have obviously f.u.c.k.e.d up and will need to fix it. But FFS I refuse to wait another 4 weeks for it to be fixed!
