Default VP UTE Floor Pan Relpacement

    Hi People,
After stripping the interior of my VP Ute I have realised there is a hole where the chair bracket fits the seat to the floor.
It looks like it has been snapped inwards but there is bit of rust around but just looks to be surface will upload some pics soon.

Just wanting to get estimate of cost to replace the floor pan?

After I have uploaded the pics would like to know if the floor pan needs to be replaced?

Will upload in a few hours

    Thanks

as long as its welded properly i cant see why you couldent replace a small section, instead of the whole floor...

what he said, get some thin sheet steel (same thickness as the panel), remove all rust, shape it to fit, run a bead around the edge, clean and prime it.

Go get some ranex rust converter
Brush it over the rust -be generous with it
    Leave over night
Get a wire wheel and a 4 inch grinder from bunnings (+ear and eye protection)
Buzz over the rust with the wire wheel
2 coats of motospray rust converter primer sealer
2 coats of motospray textured underbody coating

    done
