how to colour code black plastic on a vt????

ive recently got a white 99 vt commodore and I wanted to colour code the black plastic skirts and what not and I really have no idea how to do it

whats the best way to do it or a good place to get it done?

The black that the skirts are, don't have a colour code, they're raw plastic.... so if you want that colour, then you'd have to go to a local panel & paint shop or paint place and get them to match a colour that looks like it..
