If i want to put a 195 kw hsv chip in my car what else do i need to replace other than the knock sensor?? Cheers

Just get a tune done by delcowizzard who is on this forum, and you should get a good tune and not have to change anything else. Not 100% sure on this though on the older engines.
VT V6 fitted with DMS gold 40mm coilovers, Whiteline adjustable swaybars & strut brace, 330mm AP racing brakes, Rebuilt 3.45:1 LSD and a Powerdyne supercharger
