Fuel surge tank and 044, suit boot install

Hey, I couldn't find any pics of the surge tanks you carry in the main thread so I thought I'd ask for some.

What sort of price am I looking at for this, and possibly some braided hose and fittings to suit install into a VN boot including postage to Townsville?

Currently running GSS342 but I wanted a surge tank from the start. Has to be a neat setup though, I'm trying to keep the boot area very clean and tidy.
