Get an RB25 head. This means that u have the DOHC on the 3.0L bottom. This has been done several times before with great results.
RB30DET. Makes great power and can rev harder then the SOHC RB30ET.

202 heads bolt straight on and they flow better. get one off a red motor for full sick faster factor

Find yourself an RB25 head, it will be the easiest most straight foward out of all the RB engines. The rb20 head will not fit. Just 25 or 26...but the 26 is twice the price.
