    Default What carbies?

    Hey all

    Im considering doing a bit of work to the VK for shits and giggles, Just wondering what sort of carbies i should run on it, Like triple webbers, SU's etc?? Or go something out there and do something like hak's BM, But run like 6 quad bike carbies??

    i cant see why a manifold couldnt be made for bike carbs. but bike carbs come in sets of 4 usually(because they have 4 cylinders) im not sure if you could make 6 work very easily, it could be done but you probably looking at alot of custom work to do it.

    twin or triple webbers would be cool once agan im not sure if youd get a manifold to suit.

    i once saw a ford 250 crossflow with 6 SUs on it was a very angry car

    why use carbys ,make a custom twin twin throttle body vk efi manifold to use with 2 gas research throttlebodys and twin b2 convertors , (ducks for cover awaiting the gas is gay comment)

    What about 4 carbies on the 6cyl?

    why dont you work out what you will do to the engine before you worry about carbzzz.

    blow through turbo setup with triple su's imho

    pretty expensive and time consuming just for shits and giggles.

    i think the engine will need a rebuild first. from memory it had 300k km when it was up for sale.

    and whist the engines out getting done u can
    do that list u never got around to starting....
