    Default Chemically cleaning

    Hey fella's,

    just pulled my 202 out today, and i heard about getting it chemically cleaned?

    can i do it myself? or leave it up to the pro's? and whats involved?

    and also, for my red 202 if anyone know's, whats a good exhaust set up, mufflers wise?
    and if its any use going twin pipes and mufflers/cats?
    i have a mild cam, with 2 1/2 pacemaker extractors at the moment
    any ideas?

    setup exhaust wise is all you need for a decent 202

    As for chemical cleaning it involves a large bath of hydrochloric acid not something you can do yourself really

    Machine Shops, Engine Rebuild Shops.
    Hot acid bath, certainly worth doing and worth leaving to someone else ha ha

    About $80 last time i checked thats most of the parts getting done

    okay, so should i take the engine apart, like heads, pistons etc..

    or just take it to them, and they'll do it all?
