i have the bottom off a VP V6 but no top

No its cool, I was very lucky today and found 1 complete air box at pick a part, I put stretchy straps around it to save the airbox from another explosion. cheers

If you are blowing boxes on gas you need to either advance your timming or you have an air leak mine did the same thing because it wasn't tunned right

oddly enough since I got a new air box, I held it together with flexi straps so it would just pop up on the next backfire, it hasn't backfired once yet
