Try Mitre10 or Bunnings in the plumbing section.
They sell these things which are pretty much the same with an alloy base which is mouldable to a surface shape.
Seen them a few times and reckon they would do the job perfectly.

I used the rubber boot off a roof stirrup... Ask them at your local hardware
