You can probably pick up a VY exec for $6000. Strip it down and make some money on the parts you dont need and then you have a shell. Although I think he's after something cheaper.

Condition of the wagon shell is perfect, it is a statutory write off, so cannot be registered, depends what you need it for.
Once I have the parts I need out of it you can have the rolling shell for $500, it was minor fresh water flood damaged.
