Tip: I read that you will be using this for subs. You are much better off with a monoblock as I cant see finding a 2channel with 500wrms of juice cheap. Unless theres a particular reason why..
i have a Rockford fosgate T3002. This amp is a beast, puts out over 900 RMS into 2 ohm bridged load. 1 ohm stable amp. (the old power series, not the current small footprint ones) Im also in Sth east Melbourne, prepared to come out to Narre (got it second hand myself) looking for $250 but negotiable. Only thing is it has a bit of hiss if you plan on using it for speakers, will hook it up to whatever application you have in mind for a full audition.

When I was in at Cashies in Dandenong about 2 weeks ago, they had an 800w Kenwood amp for $100.... might be there, dunno![]()
You pay cheap, you get cheap results.
Cheap amps don't last long, blow quicker (they tend to heat up quicker and blow easier from that), and they are just **** quality. I spent $750 on both my amps. $350 for the monoblock soundstream that drives my sub, and $400 on my 4 channel that runs my incabin speakers.

A bit of handy work will fix it quick. Amp is worth over $250, but it's doing nothing sitting in my draw.
Amp works sweet though
