WTB: VN/VR etc. V6 Series 2 engine and gearbock

Looking at spending no more than $450 all up on the engine and gearbox from a vn or whatever, series 1. v6. cant be rooted, i need one to replace mine as i think i cracked my block?

was told series 2 wont fit in my car cause its a "series 1" and the looms etc are different.

must be in the western suburbs of victoria.

IM AFTER A SERIES 1 was just told SERIES 2 WONT work cause I need to replace my loom etc. ?

We have a 1996 V6 Ecotech motor that has done 190,000K's if you are interested....what model commodore is it going into??

Gearbox is also available, the gear box is in great condition and does not slip at all.....

Ive got a series 1 V6 motor, its a manual motor. Also have a series 2 motor and auto gearbox which is still in the ute if interested.
