Looking at converting my VS V6 to a V8 and need everything to do it.

Hey mate im in wollongong nsw but have v8 running gear out of a vn. have 355 bottom end harrop crank acl pistons approx 20000kms but no top end ( can pick up entire top end for under a grand) strong TH700 built to handle 500hp with stage 2 shift kit only approx 2000kms old. Have pretty much everything but top end of motor from the car, dunno if vn k frame or radiator or anything you need will fit but if you are interested can probably do the lot for around 4500-5000.
Anyway just thought id throw it out there and see what you think.

crane lifters
double row timing
high vol oil pump
70ml thrtle
new stg 2 auto with receipts for 3k
new starter mtr etc

3k and i also have extractors and new twin 2.5inch for extra also.or ill sell my car as whole lol pm me mate

a couple of nice engines but will be over my budget, only looking to spend no more then 3k as most if i can help it - if not i will just have to settle on putting a cheap 6 in just to get me by.

You can pick up a VQ off ebay for 2500 almost any day of the week and the parts left over almost pays for the conversion
