SWAP!:)?? VH SLE for VL Series 2

I'm at the moment ready to swap my VH SLE for a VL executive my list of demands are as follows in order of importance

1. 99% rust free VL
2. Series 2
3. Solid colour (not white unless it's from up North)
4. Can be manual or auto but prefer manual
5. under 300,000 ks

There can be cash adjustment for an almost perfect mint VL

The VH is in very good nick for an original untouched car, straight, almost rust free and runs a 202/trimatic (suggest that gets swaped for a 304 or ls1). It's dark blue over silver two tone the blue needs repainting, you know the one. Interiour is good has the stock series 2 SLE wheels etc. All around it's a very good SLE for someone to build a nice car but I think I'd have more cheap(er) go fast fun with a home made VLT

Yeah I know there no offcial series 2 VL but what I am wanting is one with the turbo lines in the block (mid 97+ it seems)

Yes, I have a guy comming to look at it today, I have a offer from a friend for 1,500 too which is all I really need to get a decent VL but if I can get more I wont say no because the more I get the easier it will be to get the right VL
