Swap my vy 19 inch sigs for vx or vz 17 inch ss wheels plus cash adjustment

as title states looking to swap my sigs for some 17's.
3 rims are brand new, 1 is marked. tyres are sumitomo's, 2 brand new and 2 are at about 85% tread.
looking for rims with good tyres.
located in melbs west.
