Need a VR V6 transmision must be in good working order as one in my car is rooted

the VS one should fit if you use the extension housing from the VR transmission.

What about the wiring/electrics? I think you need a VR one.

well from what iv found out so far should be fine if i use my vr extension so the speedo sensor works

Ive got a VR gearbox, complete with convertor etc. Was reco'd and wasnt in car very long. Car was crashed, only reason its being wrecked. $250. Its a 4HDD model box.
