V6 new balance shaft bearings?
Hey guys, so I'm pulling the engine out of my ute to rebuild it later this week and will be doing nearly everything on it. I want to keep the balance shaft and replace its bearings as well as the camshaft bearings. If possible also the gears on the front. Where do I get balance shaft bearings...- Sandst4rm

working out where that bloody noise is coming from
Video I did to help work out where engine noise is coming from. Lifters, supercharger coupler etc. L67 covered, much similar for L36 and LS. Heaps of how to vids out there already on fixing one thing. But I couldn't find one to work out what needs fixing in the first place, so did this one...- thomoKW

VN Balance shaft removal
Hi Folks just checking over a 2nd hand 3.8L V6 series 1 engine before I put in the car. I checked all the tolerances on the balance shaft with a dial indicator and all really good. But when I hand crank the motor over it doesn't half make a knocky noise. Whats involved with removing this and not...- Dodgy Malc
