2009 VE SV6 Auto cracked 2 radiators within 2 weeks

Hi guys i have cracked 2 radiatord within 2-3 weeks apart? The first one was busted at the bottom and the second at the top? Any ideas what the culprit is?

over pressurised maybe, were both new?

No, one was on the car and the second of the wreckers, what cause the pressure? I have a spare one in the shed but dont want it to crack before fixing the issue
