Does anyone know what the model name of this rim is called, if at all possible which model Commodore it's from and the model name of the rim.
It looks like a modern version of the classic 5 spoke wheel. I've been searching for a classic 5 spoke looking wheel for the Commodore and there's nothing available
and have recently come across theses modern looking 5 spokes.

I thought it was from a vz clubby.
(That's what is on my mates one and he has never changed the wheels on it)

it's a vx gts wheel.

the vz clubby is very similar, but has a raised part on the spoke rather than an indent

Genuine CV8 rims from the VT era Monaro have CV8R embossed in one of the spokes, just for a little future reference

Actually you are incorrect. Please see attached pics, just for a little future reference.
The CV8-R Monaro rims are not embossed in the spoke, they are actually a flat 5 spoke rim and these were also fitted to a limited run of VZ Thunder SS Utes and VZ SVZ Utes.
It is actually the CV8-Z Monaro rims which are embossed in one of the spokes.

Thanks guys and after a little Googling I find their only available in 18 or 19''.
No good for the rough Qld country roads.

Genuine's are 19's.

A mate had them in 17's many years ago. They came on a hektik VT he bought from Bankstown. (I'm serious here!)

Thanks and no worries, I only like the 16'' so to get some decent wall height.
