5hdd versus 6hdd Transmission

I am swapping a VZ sedan engine and transmission into a VZ one tonner. Have just noticed that the sedan trans is a 5hdd but the one tonner is a 6hdd. Although all the trans connections appear to be the same, I was wondering if I may have a problem with the speedo drive reading incorrect or other issues when up and running? Thanks

Well, I can answer my own question now as I just got it all up and running. Made no difference to the one tonner. Speedo appears to be accurate. No codes of any kind so all good.
