So all the rain we had recently almost washed my house away so i'm attempting to solve the problem with a few ag lines and a proper stormwater pipe from the pergola.
Got a 100mm ag line and 90mm PVC and trying to run them both in the same trench. Any tricks of the trade i might not have thought of would be welcome !!

OK, the block is sloping from back yard to front. Running a trench across the back lawn and around the side of the house. Back yard is about a metre higher than the house and not drained well at all ..

When i built i had this problem. Ended up running slotted pipe across the back and down each side of the house, hooking into the storm off the sides of the house, worked a treat.

sounds exactly like what i'm doing. Assume you laid the slotted pipe in a trench, how deep ?..
