If there are any Mazda pros floating around on here, I could really use some help.

Currently all my own work is grounded until I get this ####ing MX6 out of my shed. It won't start - no fuel, no spark. Old fuel pump was dead. Replaced that, the new pump works when I jump it from the diagnostic connector, but doesn't turn on when you try to start the car. There is no spark, and I have code 2 (crank angle sensor). The car should still revert onto its 'backup' sensor, a signal from within the dizzy itself. This module fails super commonly so the fix is to wire in a GM 4pin HEI. Unfortunately there are as many opinions on how to do this as there are people who have done it, no two diagrams I have found are exactly the same, and NOT ONE diagram matches the wiring colours in the Australian 1995 KLDE I am dealing with here.

Thread on it here with all the information.

Any and all help appreciated.

Thanks,
Sam
