Yep thats it i bought another car, but this ones not staying with me for too long.
This is more of a profit project.

Its SLAMMED and needs a motor
Picked it up for 500 bucks, ill fix her up make her completely stock again and then sell her on with a RWC and all.

Its pretty clean just needs to be "DE-P-PLATERED"

I havent been able to look into the issue as of yet but the kid says it just cut out and wouldnt crank again.
I get the feeling he was doing something illegal when it happened

    1) Fix motor or replace motor
    2) Remove LPG setup
    3) Make stock again
    4) Make roadworthy and get a RWC
    5) Sell
    6) Put money towards boost ;)

A friend of mine did that to a VY wagon he bought for $500. He had spares around in his garage including a set of 19". His biggest outlay was repainting it silver & that didn't cost him much as he's a spray painter by trade.

He ended up swapping it for a manual delft blue VUII SS which needed a little work.

If you find a good set of 18" to replace the stockies, it'd set off the wagon pretty well

Are you leaving it reg'd in old mates name till you sell it or transferring it to you? Just wondering as I have a similar car lined up to do the same.

Good luck with it. Hope it works out for you. I have had similar thoughts myself but never really had the space for additional car

Hopefully you'll get a good motor for it. I'm not a real fan of the LY7 engines.

Should have bought a ute :D

You know, it's not a bad idea totally. No more Commodores, Commodore Resto mods may become popular?

Soooooooo completely irrelevant but i bought a SV6 with 160,000km smashed
High output motor and 6 speed black leather interior....
Nothing to do with this wagon just wrecking it on the side

How many yard ornaments do you have as of today then :p

Pick a part have a couple of VZ's atm. Both crewmans though so I don't know whether anything off them is of any use with their weird diff through sump setup

So I am going to make a couple of assumptions here:

    1. You don't have a missus?
    2. Your yard / driveway is huge?

    - or -

    1. You have the best most understanding missus?
    2. Your yard / driveway is huge?

    - or -

    1. You have left half of these cars at work because your boss is awesome and therefore your missus has no idea how many cars you currently have in your possession?

Cause damn, you taking the ending of the Commodore really seriously and buying up all the stocks left
