Let the build up of parts begin!

Complete Nolathane kit on its way

Yea they're all a piece of cake on these.
Especially when you have a press xD
The nolathane bushes come in 2 halves which you can just place in

So im no longer wanting to cam the ss, from what ive been reading Exhaust, OTR and tune on an AUTO gets you ~250rwkw ~450nm i havent been able to find genuine results on a manual just yet. Figures are from both the internet and a tuner i suppose with a manual i would be looking at roughly 265rwkw which i will be more than happy with.

Considering i already have a full exhaust system all thats left is the OTR and tune.
The Dif is also planned (3.9 trutrac)

I have decided on rims but they will remain secret until they are on the car.
Senator boot lip planned again.

Exhaust, OTR and Tune even in manual ls1 will not break 240rwkw unless its a happy dyno and 450nm is stock torque figures, realistically you'd be expecting about 225-235rwkw max out of a unopened LS1 manual, 265rwkw is complete wank bullshit figures.

Even cammed you will be lucky to break 270rwkw and still be decent to drive without opening up the engine a bit with head work, internals plus injectors etc.

I wouldn't believe figures off the net.... My VZ has a catback, a mail order tune and a MCAI and it makes 208rwkw. Extractors would probably only get 5-10rwkw if I'm lucky which I probably won't even be able to feel the difference. Dynos are different. Cars are different. Very easy to fudge dyno figures to show big gains.

Ive seen plenty of un opened reach 250rwkw?
Also seen plenty cammed ls1s hit 300rwkw

Even the tuner i was speaking to who was showing me graphs of powerfigures i should expect

Only true way to find out is to do it myself and see what i get.

Edit: You're right about the torque though not sure what happened there, like i said im only going off what the tuners have said (all sparks and Dale Paterson)
