Hey guys
I’m new to the forum but I’m hoping I can get answers to a problem with my daughters Astra RSV
It’s currently 65k from new and the first bit of trouble has struck
It’s push button start
Battery has checked out ok and is fully charged
It won’t start all of a sudden and a message pops up on the dash saying Steering Lock Service
She has had intermittent starting this last week now it won’t start at all
But steering wheel moves and is not locked
Anyone experienced this problem
Holden garage where we bought it from want $150 to hook it up to the reader which includes 1 hrs labour

To save yourself most of the $150, you should invest in a Bluetooth scanner, which you can get on your phone through the App Store, Google Play, etc to read the codes...

Before you do that, is everything else working, fuel pump, alternator, etc?
