Hi guys,
Just a few questions...

1. Is it worth upgrading to SSZ brake calipers and rotors if i can get them around the $300 mark?
2. I believe the SSZ brakes are 320mm whereas my VY's are 296mm right?
3. They are from a ute, i have a sedan, will they fit?
4. So, is it worth buying them and throwing on some slotted rotors?
5. OR would i be better off just throwing some slotted rotors onto my vy stock 296mm brakes?

Cheers,
Adam

Im not sure what size your VY's brakes would be?? The SSZ's are 330x32mm. I fitted the same rotors and calipers to my VN SS. I had to use hub adapters though. With yours the rotors should bolt straight on. With the calipers i think they should also bolt on?? Get yourself some braided lines while your at it. Youl be paying alot more than $300 for a new set. The slotted rotors have a fairly steep price tag. I paid just over $500 for mine and that was from surplus stock.

They are second hand calipers and discs. I will get myself some RDA/DBA slotted rotors.

Try EBC rotors, seem a lot nicer. I have a brand new set of 343mm front rotors if your interested :p

Well guys just purchased the SSZ brake setup. All i want now is some good slotted rotors and QFM police spec pads.
A few questions...
1. Should i get slotted rotors for the back brakes or just the front?
2. Should i go for slotted RDA,DBA,EBC rotors?
3. Should i spend extra and get x-drilled rotors?
4. Can i get the QFM police spec pads for the SSZ calipers? If not, should i go for Bendix ultimate pads?

Thanks!

Guys i would like confimation, are the SSZ 320mmx32 or 330mmx32? DBA site has 320mm rotors for the SSZ range which leads me to believe they are 320mm.

Also, is it possible to fit bigger rotors anyway? Say 343mm? Worth it?
