can't post in parts WHY?

I have some mags for sale, but when I go to the parts for sale thread,no POST NEW THREAD appears,why, am I not allowed to post in this thread,if not, why not?Cheers Albie.

you have to have a number of posts/be a member for a x amount of time. i think its even in the t's&c's when u join up.

First paragraph. Requirements to have TP access is 90day + membership and 20+ posts.
