change rear main seal vn s2

I'm about to change a 4l60 auto transmission from a lexcen into my vn executive 91 series 2 wondering if i should change the rear main seal while i'm at it, will i need rope or neoprene seal?

what can i use to seat the seal in any ideas?

and i'm confused about the depth of the seal recess 4.2-4.7mm, from what point?

Not much help as i've never had to do a seal on the series 2 motor,Neoprene IIRC.In the majority of cars they seem to last the life of the Motor so if its not leaking i wouldn't touch it as new seals don't always bed in correctly.
