Changing a loome from vs s3 to vs s2 5ltr

guys im looking at getting my car tuned soon i have goon a big set up on a roller motor im running a single plane manifold as some of you would be aware vs s3 run a air flow meter were as the s2 did not they ran off the map sensor my question is this by me pulling a computer out of a vs s2 and putting it and the loom in my vs s3 will it all plug in to my dash ect how much needs to be changed im also running a getrag 5 speed will this be ok if i change the loom i can get the the s3 modified to run my set up but then i am also limited were i can take it and dont really want to tow my car to melbourne to get it done as there is no one in my local area that can do it any help guys would be grate

just so there is no confussion its a vs s3 manuel ute same as a vt 5lr
