Yes, it works.

Basically it Steam Cleans the Head and Pistons.

Friend used it on a VH many years ago and got rid of the Pinging in his engine.

You can buy a kit or you can use an Oiler Kit like Sprint Gas etc with the Bottle filled with Water.

2-3 bottles over 200-300 k's should be all you need.

Highway run is probably best but others may have different views.
