Hi,
I have a 06 SVZ which up until recently had an aftermarket stereo, but I have re-instated the factory stereo as I am preparing to sell the car.
When I re-fitted the radio, it worked fine. However, since then, the unit only appears to have power as long as the engine is NOT running. Even with the ignition turned off altogether it will still operate, also whilst the key is in ACC and ON positions. But the second I start the engine, the radio loses power. Not even the clock remains. Screen goes totally blank.
Has anyone ever come across this problem before? And if so how can it be fixed?
