Probably be the same here soon enough (if it’s not already) with the way our electricity prices are going. How retarded is our government to have made us pay out the arse for electricity when we have abundant energy resources at our disposal (coal and natural gas).

We are paying top dollar for our own resources because they are mostly owned by foreign entities who have zero obligation to sell to the Australian market!

So GM just decided two years ago to completely abandon the global market and deal exclusively in North America, now they turn around and announce their triumphant return? What a crock of shite!

GM is a fair weather friend who has only ever been in overseas markets to A) gouge the taxpayers of various governments around the world and B) supply the crappiest product they can get away with and wonder why they don’t have any brand loyalty.

Many great decisions made by executives more interested in share prices than cars and home-grown employment.
