Help with possible PCV issue

Hi guys,

So I got a heap of bank 1 lean codes and I'm in trouble (also had a couple of bank 2 but far less common) so I bought a PCV which turned out to be the most expensive piece of plastic I own, and looks to be the passenger side one. It seems impossible to buy the driver side one. So I tried to remove it to clean, I bent the metal shift, skinned my thumb and it's stuck fast in there. Also am now noticing a vacuum sound from under the plastic manifold looking thing briefly when "stabbing" the throttle is that normal?

Also if anyone is in or around Brisbane or Toowoomba and knows their stuff and wants to help out, I'm not really mechanically minded, I don't trust any mechanics around and I just spent most of my money fixing my dog so I'm a bit cash poor but need my car for work.

There is only one PCV.
It should be fitted to the aluminium rocker/valve cover on VF on the drivers side. (VZ and VE are plastic covers)

If you suspect a vacuum leak, remove the intake plenum, replace the gaskets and torque down to 25Nm.
